7 PM 26th, all well

all well on dock. debris subsided. cold but good.

ICE

The big stuff is now large ice chunks, about a foot thick, a few dinner table size, hitting our boat with much force, then turn under, nasty.

Log Jam

The log jam from John's boat has reached the Pontoon 8AM. May need dynamite.

Late Night, Wed 25th

A fire, candles, record player, wine. Isabelle, Clay, Eli and David made appearances. Watched the mighty river power logs and trees just past the houseboat. A sad waste of good firewood.

How will we get through this intact?

mud alert

It is muddy down by the river. Make sure to plan on getting some mud on your shoes. Logs are heavy.
I will check the dock at 1130 am tomorrow.

Dock needs some TLC.

red alert means go as fast as possible to the Plymouth bridge to watch houseboat(s) go by.

4:00 Shift Report

4:00 shift. Large tree with branches hitting bottom very difficult to remove. With much brute strength and persistance it has finally been removed. All clear for now.

Alert! High Water

Farmer Dock alert is yellow! All hands on deck at 8am!
